Methodology
Training of the FMEA methodology according to the specifications of the harmonized FMEA manual AIAG & VDA or according to VDA Volume 4

We teach the FMEA methodology for analysis in product and process development.
The 2-day training includes an FMEA example, preferably tailored to your applications,
The training is primarily aimed at employees from the fields of design, development, process planning and quality assurance who will in future actively participate in FMEA meetings and who will be responsible for FMEA applications in your company.

Each participant will receive a handout with the training documents and a confirmation of participation.

Participation in the training does not require any previous Knowledge.
Software use
Basic training on the use of the APIS IQ-RM Software.

This also two day training is aimed at users of the
APIS-IQ RM software in versions 6.0, 6.5 or 7.0 and informs you about the basic functions of the software.
It covers data organisation in the software, the input, linking and reuse of content as well as sorting
and visualization of the documented data and analysis results.

Each course participant receives a handout with the training documents and a confirmation of participation.

This training requires the knowledge of the FMEA methodology as a basis.
FMEA moderation techniques
Training of techniques for moderating FMEA meetings.

This one-day training is aimed at trained and experienced FMEA users who
in future FMEA moderations should be carried out efficiently.
The training provides the participants with the necessary skills to successfully perform FMEA moderation. This includes basic knowledge of moderation and the preparation, execution and follow-up of FMEA meetings. Special attention is given to the topic of conflict Management.

Each participant receives a handout with the training documents and a certificate of attendance.

This training requires knowledge of FMEA methodology and the use of FMEA software as a Basis.
